What we do

We want you to be able to apply for exciting jobs easily and conveniently while on the move. Our truffls job app for iOS and Android features a matching technology we developed ourselves. An algorithm compares the CV data with the job advertisements and displays suitable jobs to the app user. The user can thus discover current jobs and apply directly via the app. First, the candidate logs in with his business profile (XING and LinkedIn) or e-mail and can get started within 30 seconds. He or she then receives job suggestions, which are presented in the form of clear job cards. If a job sounds interesting, the app user simply swips to the right. The profile is automatically forwarded to the respective company. If the HR manager finds the profile interesting, he can notify the candidate about the match and both sides can immediately exchange information via the truffls Messenger.

We are constantly working on further developing both the app and the recruiter dashboard by implementing new features. For our cooperation partner JobCloud we published the white label solution “Talentfly” for the Swiss job market. Further detailed information can be found at

Our vision

The creation of a comprehensive mobile recruiting ecosystem. With truffls, companies can more easily find suitable candidates and make the application process time and cost efficient. Candidates are already using smartphones and job apps to find jobs. We believe that one-click application via app and communication via messenger will become more and more popular and see mobile recruiting as a long-term development.
