Co-Leader is developing a platform that offers young managers a digital, personalized and closely integrated practical training for building leadership competencies. The training is based on individual competence profiles and learning goals, which are created for the participants based on a scientifically sound analysis. Based on this, Co-Leader provides the participants with learning units and practical exercises, which are put together by an intelligent algorithm exactly for the individual learning needs. The goal is to tailor leadership development more closely to individual needs and learning objectives, to ensure sustainable learning success through on-the-job training, and to offer organizations a scalable and cost-effective way to develop their leaders.
