As of now, Cologne students and young founder* teams have access to the new 5G standalone network technology on the campus of the Cologne University of Technology in Mühlheim. Today (28.08.) the Minister of Economics and Digital Affairs Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart and Claudia Nemat, Telekom Board Member for Technology and Innovation, together with the Technical University of Cologne and the GATEWAY Excellence Start-up Centre of the University of Cologne, opened the “5G Co:Creation Lab”.
